This policy explains what Gomni Sync Hive Ltd. collects when you use our apps and websites, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.
What we collect
- Account details: your display name, email address or phone number, and profile photo.
- Content you create: streams, videos, comments, messages and reactions.
- Usage data: which streams you watch, for how long, and how you move through the app.
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate region.
- Payment data: if you buy coins or gifts, our payment providers process the transaction. We never store your full card number.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, deliver streams, and sync your account across devices.
- To keep people safe: detect abuse, spam, fraud and content that breaks our rules.
- To recommend content you are likely to want to watch.
- To answer support requests and tell you about important changes.
Private messages
Direct messages are private between the people in the conversation. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or show them to other users. Messages may be reviewed if they are reported to us or flagged by our safety systems.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host, deliver and secure the platform, with payment processors, and with law enforcement where we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping your data
We keep your account data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and content within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal, safety or accounting reasons.
Your choices
- Access, correct or download a copy of your data.
- Delete your account from the app settings at any time.
- Turn off notifications, or limit who can message you.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18.
