These terms are an agreement between you and Gomni Sync Hive Ltd. By creating an account or using our apps, you agree to them.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your login details to yourself.
Your content
You keep the rights to the content you create. By posting or streaming, you give us a licence to host, store, transcode and display that content so we can deliver the service to your audience. You can end that licence by deleting the content or your account.
What is not allowed
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child.
- Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit performances.
- Violence, threats, harassment, bullying or hate speech.
- Illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons or stolen goods.
- Content you do not have the rights to, including music and broadcasts.
- Spam, scams, bots, and buying or selling accounts.
Coins, gifts and payments
Coins are a limited licence to use a digital feature. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money outside the payout programme, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Creator payouts are made under the separate creator agreement.
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend and delete accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
Service changes
We improve, change and sometimes retire features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
